You can now send Skype for Business messages to your contacts even if they are not signed in. This feature lets your contacts know that you have been trying to reach them. You don’t have to wait until someone is online before sending them a message. And you’ll no longer receive those “this message can’t be delivered” notifications when you send a message to someone who is offline.

- Productivity – Excel Online- What’s New in March 2016
Excel Online is the online, browser based version of Excel, which is included in your Office 365 subscription. Updates to Excel Online this month include more number formats to display data, the ability to add hyperlinks to cells, and expanded options in PivotTables.
- Fun and Interesting – Microsoft HoloLens and Lowe’s Team Up to Transform Home Renovations
Microsoft announced a new partnership between Microsoft HoloLens and Lowe’s that will redefine home renovations, starting in the kitchen. The home improvement company will use HoloLens in select pilot stores to demonstrate design options for cabinets, countertops, appliances and backsplashes. Customers will be able to experience holograms of new kitchens, with detailed finishes, high-definition options and life-like realism.
